Nutrition basics for a considered week

A practical introduction to fibre, protein, hydration, meal rhythm and the context behind common nutrition language.

Build from familiar foods

A nourishing pattern does not require a specialist cupboard. Start with foods you already enjoy and add one supportive element: fruit at breakfast, beans in a soup, yoghurt with nuts, or vegetables alongside a familiar main meal.

Portions, energy needs and medical requirements vary. Treat general guidance as a starting point, not a prescription.
